Anatomy & Physiology

  • AYTT Trainees will learn Anatomy and Physiology will have a proper understanding of both physical system and the subtle body.
  • Physical Anatomy, subjects will include the study of the anatomy and how it relate with yoga, the all important systems and what benefits yoga gives.

Teaching Methodology

  • Practical teaching methodology includes how to demonstrate poses, observe the class and assist other students. We will also teach the importance of correct language which is use to describe positions and teachings.

Practicum

  • AYTT students will learn how to teach asana, pranayama, etc. and how to manage the structures of daily yogic practice for themselves and for their clients from begning to intermediate levels.
